These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bf77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bf77 website located at bf77.live and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing or using bf77 in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You have not previously had a bf77 account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

bf77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of bf77 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• Your date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Your mobile number registered in the Philippines
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bf77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify bf77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bf77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bf77 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

All financial transactions on bf77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bf77 does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your bf77 account instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three business hours.
• bf77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or verified as belonging to you.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• bf77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.

bf77 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or have violated these Terms are not eligible for promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account.
• Abuse: bf77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors.

bf77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of that promotion.

All bets placed on bf77 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, or sports events — are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bf77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, bf77 will apply its standard void and settlement procedures. Bets affected by verified technical errors may be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting, bf77 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or where the result cannot be officially confirmed.
• bf77 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all digital casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed game providers using real cards and equipment streamed in real time.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• bf77 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets at its discretion, particularly where it suspects irregular betting patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bf77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games or poker variants
• Attempting to launder money or use bf77 for any illegal financial activity
• Accessing bf77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bf77 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the bf77 platform or its underlying software

bf77 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transactions continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bf77 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, fund withholding, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

bf77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. bf77 will notify you when your session limit is approaching and will log you out when it is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity during the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a period of your choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from bf77. During self-exclusion, your account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and you cannot create a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bf77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from bf77 without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bf77 content
• Use bf77's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bf77 platform

Any unauthorized use of bf77's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on bf77 infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bf77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bf77's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms

bf77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bf77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bf77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bf77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using bf77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

bf77 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bf77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and bf77 cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of bf77, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact bf77's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent bf77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
